Fulminous Software wants to help up-and-coming U.S.-based entrepreneurs launch the next big dating app.

The software company’s “Love Meets Code” campaign is aimed solely at U.S.-based entrepreneurs as part of Fulminous Software’s mission to make an impact in the American dating app industry.

By actively recruiting young innovators to develop new dating platforms with fresh ideas — potentially more adaptive to Gen Z and AI-driven trends — the campaign could prompt established dating apps to evolve quickly to retain engagement.

Tinder still looms large, but with the industry in flux, Fulminous Software suggests there’s never been a better time to disrupt the status quo.

In a press release about the campaign, Fulminous Software’s co-founder, Shyam Pratap Singh, said, “Dating [apps are] a wise business idea in the current scenario, and its success is all about making users satisfied.”

But there’s an oft-repeated refrain whispered through the dating industry: Do any of us really know what today’s generation of daters want? No one asks themselves this question more than a dating app entrepreneur.

With this campaign, Fulminous Software hopes that today’s young visionaries will use the company’s resources, including its own developers, to create an app with the same cultural significance as Tinder.

Gen Z Can Turn Their Needs into Businesses

Fulminous Software offers Bumble and Hinge clone app development, but also helps entrepreneurs bring their original dating app ideas to life. “Through this campaign, we’re focusing on empowering U.S. startups with our dating app development services,” Singh said.

Empowering young entrepreneurs has never been more important, especially as dating apps decline in popularity. The campaign is aimed at people of all ages, but if anyone can come to dating apps’ rescue, it’s today’s young entrepreneurs.

After all, Gen Z in particular has valuable insight into what the youngest generation of daters wants from a dating app — and what actually motivates them to date.

“The success of your dating app completely depends on how you create excitement in users,” the company’s fellow co-founder, Manish Kumawat, said in a blog post.

It helps that Fulminous Software has a good idea of what U.S. dating app users are looking for, thanks to a recent Fulminous Software-conducted survey. “They expect more than just a swipe, like meaningful matches, security, and intuitive design,” Singh explained.

AI Innovation is a Dating App Necessit

It comes as no surprise that AI is at the top of Fulminous Software’s list of future innovations since “Love Meets Code” aims to “bridge the gap between modern dating trends and innovative app solutions.”

Kumawat highlighted the growing importance of AI matchmaking, which will ideally “be improved, and … will make matches smarter and more personal.”

Fulminous Software sees an opportunity to invest in a new kind of dating app: One that is designed with AI personalization and the user experience at the forefront.

With “Love Meets Code,” Fulminous Software isn’t only investing in a new app idea. It’s investing in the entrepreneurial spirit — a unique, cutting-edge, and distinctly modern approach to dating and to tech, in other words.

Revenue is any dating app startup’s ultimate goal, and Kumawat explained how AI matchmaking has the potential to be particularly lucrative: “AI matchmaking keeps people active, which means more subscriptions and purchases.”

Entrepreneurs Who Use Dating Apps Know What Needs to Change

While today’s app users crave faster and more personalized matches, such as those ideally generated by AI, they also want to know that their data is in good hands. Fulminous Software listed user privacy as one of the main goals of the campaign.

Fulminous Software also wants to elevate the type of features offered by dating apps by innovating with personalization in mind. Real-time chats and location-based dating options are just two examples of the kind of innovative, intuitive features it wants to develop.

Interested entrepreneurs can check out Fulminous Software’s virtual panel series, “The Future of Love & Tech,” and hear from prominent dating professionals about what the future of dating apps might look like.

Dating coaches and dating app execs certainly have insight into the unique features users are looking for, but “Love Meets Code” specifically wants to hear from the daters who actively use dating apps on a regular basis — people who know what needs to change because they’ve experienced it for themselves.
